Overview

- Support multiple Scrum teams to ensure delivery of product increments with zero Cat 1/Cat 2 defects at deployment
- Collaborate with Product Owners and government stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Track team velocity, identify impediments, and implement process improvements
- Maintain alignment with the AF Agile Strategy Plan and ensure compliance with Dev Sec Ops practices
- Active Secret clearance required
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years in Agile software delivery, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, program management, and risk tracking
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
