- Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar client-facing technical roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and API integrations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in financial services or fintech preferred
- Experience with customer-facing technical discussions
- Proficiency in leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance sales materials
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the financial services sector
- Proven track record of aligning solutions to customer priorities
- Knowledge of industry trends and platform enhancements
