Sr. Application Support Analyst

• Lead daily support activities and ensure compliance with severity guidelines and support processes
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of application support policies and procedures for enterprise applications
• Provide technical expertise to the support team on system workflows
• Directly manage support tickets with end users to analyze and resolve problems
• Identify emerging issue trends and contribute to internal and business process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of technical/functional support of ERP systems or related complex business systems
• 1-3 years of experience in Agile software development
• Experience managing relationships and SLAs with third-party ticketing systems
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple products, projects, and customer issues simultaneously

• Salesforce experience or certification preferred
