Associate Risk Reporting Analyst

• Provide support and guidance for risk reporting and compliance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute recurring reporting and dashboard updates, supporting compliance and risk monitoring initiatives
• Develop and maintain processes for data quality checks, including validation of joins, deduplication, and anomaly detection
• Create and refresh dashboards, visualizations, and summaries based on defined requirements
• Document reporting processes and maintain reference materials for ongoing team use

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field
• Basic understanding of SQL for generating metrics and reports
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and datasets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience working with dashboards, spreadsheets, or BI tools
• Understanding of Medicare, insurance operations, or regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with data tools such as DOMO
• Experience handling data feeds or reconciling numbers across systems
• Knowledge of audit, QA, or compliance workflows
