• Build and present compelling product demos, tutorials, reference architectures, and blogs showcasing the Anyscale platform
• Educate customers on the end-to-end functionality of Ray and assist them in building applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally to represent customer needs and deliver impactful solutions with product and engineering teams
• Identify product improvements and prioritize feature development based on customer feedback
• Communicate effectively about products and services internally and externally to stakeholders

• Minimum of 5 years of pre- and post-sales experience in roles such as sales engineer, solutions engineer, architect, or customer success manager
• Strong technical skills, including working knowledge of Python fundamentals and the ability to learn Ray
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, open-source, and/or ML/AI technologies
• Familiarity with public cloud and enterprise infrastructure
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience in driving customer success and building value with end users
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with technical stakeholders, including Engineering and Product teams
