Associate Group Product Manager, Identity

Overview

• Own strategy and outcomes by building and evolving a 12-month roadmap for the Identity Threat Defense product line
• Translate security pain points into product outcomes through design partnerships and structured feedback programs
• Drive product development from problem framing to high-quality feature launches
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product outcomes
• Manage and hire 1–2 Product Managers while contributing to the growth of the product management craft

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management with a track record of launching impactful products at scale
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Mastery of end-to-end product definition and execution, including problem framing and prioritization
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across various departments
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and rapid prototyping tools

• Background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, familiarity with M365/Google Workspace or cloud security platforms
• Experience enabling sales and working in customer-facing roles
• Strong analytical skills, ideally including SQL
• Success in high-growth environments/startups with experience in AI-assisted workflows
