Warranty Coordinator

• Make decisions on approving and denying warranty claims that do not meet company guidelines
• Respond to inquiries from dealers, distributors, and retailers regarding warranty applications
• Document all dealer communications in the employer's CRM software
• Assist with warranty administration training and develop or revise written work instructions for warranty systems

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of 3 years of education and warranty experience
• At least 1 year of call center experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities in engines, cutting systems, and power transmission systems
• Proficient in Level II or Level III Microsoft Excel and Word programs

• Experience interpreting technical manuals and illustrated parts lists
• Strong problem-solving skills with 2 Stroke and 4 Stroke engines
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Proficient in AS400 functions and internal computer programs, including "Data Warehouse"
