- Articulate compelling proposal narratives that reflect customer needs and organizational strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information for proposals
- Incorporate feedback from various review teams to ensure compliance and quality under tight deadlines
- Attend capture and proposal meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 10+ years of professional work experience
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to develop tailored proposal content
- Technical background or proficient understanding in fields such as data analytics, cybersecurity, or engineering
- Experience writing narratives for Federal Civilian IT/Cybersecurity/Engineering/Operations solutions
- Proven experience with Federal Civilian agencies
- Experience with Shipley proposal development methodology
- Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) or similar
