- Define and track KPIs to analyze performance and recommend enhancements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, IT systems analysis, or automation delivery
- Demonstrated experience delivering workflow automations and/or integrations
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of APIs, SaaS systems, and integration concepts
- Practical understanding of LLM/AI concepts and their application to business workflows
- Experience with Workato and Glean
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS systems commonly used in business operations
- Experience with change management and training for new tools/processes
- Exposure to security and compliance practices for automation
