Sr. Security Program Manager

• Contribute to the scaling and refinement of the employer's control framework and related policies
• Support the integration of new security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and ISO 42001
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles
• Manage the security control exception lifecycle, including requests and remediation
• Assist in customer security diligence efforts, managing questionnaires and requests

• Proven experience in information security and compliance, including project management
• Strong experience with auditing security objectives such as SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST, and ISO 27001
• Ability to navigate compliance controls and cloud security best practices
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned

• Technical certifications such as Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
• Experience with Hyperproof GRC Platform and Atlassian Suite
