• Own a product area and define long-term strategy for Staking Protocol Integrations and infrastructure
• Develop products and services tailored for internal and external developer audiences
• Manage the addition of multiple assets, including network launches and staking support
• Oversee product management of public-facing developer tools and communities
• Research emerging technologies in the crypto space and build relationships with key community members

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, including DeFi and protocol technologies
• Passion for building an open financial system that connects the world
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both individual contributors and executive leadership
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and focus on scalable platform and business outcomes

• Previous experience in crypto-native projects such as Staking, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, etc.
• Familiarity with staking and on-chain activities, including Ethereum addresses and dApps
