• Build and scale the Offer Partner Program, enhancing existing offers and expanding the program for startups
• Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including performance tracking and churn risk monitoring
• Drive operational excellence in the partner onboarding process to improve time-to-launch
• Implement data-sharing frameworks to enable referrals and report on technology adoption insights
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, collaborating with various teams to deliver new member value

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a technology environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Deep understanding of the AI startup landscape and cloud partnerships
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and standardizing processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical actions

• Clear strategic vision regarding startup needs
• Hands‑on experience using AI or automation tools for operational efficiency
• Experience building or managing third‑party data‑sharing processes between partner ecosystems
