What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Facilitate and oversee new hire onboarding sessions, both virtual and in-person
  • Design and customize role‑specific training curricula for various positions within the organization
  • Create and manage high‑quality training materials and onboarding content
  • Implement certification processes and provide feedback on new hire progress
  • Track and analyze key metrics to improve the onboarding program continuously
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development
  • Strong preference for experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or technical B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to present and facilitate engaging training sessions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple new hire cohorts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Engagement Tools, and LMS platforms

  • Experience discussing technical concepts such as APIs, directories, and authentication protocols
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
