The Sr. QA Performance Engineer role will be a part of the Global Product Engineering team at Iron Mountain.

Iron Mountain is looking for a QA Performance Engineer who will be in the “Records Management as a Service” (RMaaS) Emerging Commercial Solutions organization working on the InSight Platform projects. Iron Mountain InSight is a content services platform that provides actionable business insights and predictive analytics through Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This newly created and critical organization will be instrumental in supporting Iron Mountain customers’ digital transformation and expanding Iron Mountain's relevance as a global Information Management Services provider.

• Participate in design discussions about the technical implementation and consider the tradeoffs to support business value, scalability and delivery timeline.
• Lead Performance Test Projects across multiple streams within InSight deliverables.
• Collaborate with Development and QA team members in identifying Automation and Performance test flows, test data requirements and validations.
• Identify performance and scalability issues within application components.
• Determine root cause of performance or scalability issue, work with developers to resolve these issues.
• Create performance tests which call RESTful APIs in JSON format.
• Performance test web based JavaScript UIs, find performance issues in the user interface.
• Design performance tests to validate if system is meeting SLAs / KPIs.
• Document and present reports to business stakeholders & dev leads summarizing system performance and areas of concern.
• Design and run regression tests along with performance tests to determine if functionality is working as intended.
• Design and build easily maintainable Test framework and reusable test scripts.
• Integration of Automation and Performance test suite with CI/CD pipeline.
• Generate presentable reports on Test Executions and Metrics.
• Perform Functional and Regression testing as needed on various components.

• Must have demonstrable good experience working on Load Runner.
• Development experience in Python and Java.
• JMeter experience running with web services and handling authorization challenges.
• Must have experience in Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills with a track record of delivering production grade systems in a team environment.
• Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS and APIs and services is highly desired.
• Experience testing Machine Learning / AI applications.
• Motivated individual who learns quickly, has pride in building a new product and can engage others to accelerate technical solutions.
• Experience in working with distributed teams.
• 3 years of experience working with agile scrum methodologies and bug creation in tools like JIRA/Git Lab.
• 3+ years of experience in creating and executing Performance tests on Iron Mountain Machine Learning/AI custom processors and applications.

BS, MS from accredited/recognized university.
