• Provide consulting services and solve complex problems in SAP Finance and Controlling
• Lead business process requirements analysis, design, and testing while collaborating with client SAP and business leads
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results while identifying business process and system enhancements
• Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO gaps
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience
• At least 1 hands-on experience in requirements gathering, design, and configuration/customization of SAP transformation programs
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience supporting General Ledger and at least 3 of the following functions:
  Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System
• Strong understanding of accounting business processes and ability to work in a team environment
• Very good command of English

• Experience in project structuring, WBS, CC allocation, and finance integrations with banks
• Knowledge of FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, OTC, PP, and QM
• Ability to work self-directed and independently, acting as a subject matter mentor
