• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into sales performance and market trends
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee data collection, validation, and governance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce and BI tools for global sales operations
• Facilitate workshops to gather business and regulatory requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Process Design, or Compliance Strategy within a regulated industry
• Proven expertise in building dashboards and translating data into insights that drive business decisions
• Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks
• Proficient with Salesforce, CRM systems, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel reporting

• Background in medical devices, technology, or other high-growth sectors
• Experience with SaaS/cloud platforms and software validation
• Knowledge of clinical data, UDI, or post-market surveillance
• Strong collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage timelines and support meetings outside U.S. business hours
