What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain a unified product release calendar for customer experience
  • Coordinate the rollout of new features and changes across multiple product teams and CX organizations
  • Support testing and sign-off processes to ensure readiness for product launches
  • Partner with various teams to create actionable release packages for CX
  • Prepare regular updates summarizing status, risks, learnings, and recommendations for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or related fields
  • Experience working with Product and/or Engineering teams
  • Proven ability to execute launch readiness, change management, or release coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in contact center operations, customer support, or partner/merchant support environments
  • Background in user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance (QA), or CX-focused product testing
  • Familiarity with AI‑ or automation‑driven support experiences
