• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients in establishing Real-World Data (RWD) strategies and integration
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering RWD integration, data governance, and secure analytic services
• Design and execute actionable program plans ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across government agencies and research partners
• Manage program execution, including budget, personnel, and outcomes

• Master’s degree in a scientific, technical, or clinical field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in federal, consulting, or large-scale research leadership
• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar, multi-year federal research portfolios with large teams
• In-depth knowledge of Real World Data, including EHR, claims, and diverse research data types
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government T4 Public Trust security clearance

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a scientific, technical, or clinical field
• Familiarity with AI/ML approaches and their application in research
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Previous experience with government health agencies like HHS, NIH, or CDC
