• Align technology solutions with business strategies by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes
• Act as a technical liaison between vendors and customer management, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
• Analyze business requirements and advise on information system technologies’ functionality and implementation needs
• Develop and maintain credibility and effective working relationships with IT personnel and stakeholders
• Focus on HIM EHR and supporting applications, including HIM Coding and HIM DMS applications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working closely with IT
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts in understandable terms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to solve problems that span multiple environments within a business area

• Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
• Experience in the strategic use of technology for managing and growing a business
• Familiarity with project management concepts and execution from vision through implementation
• Knowledge of HL7 standards
• Experience in organizing and planning projects involving internal personnel and vendors
