• Design, build, and test Epic's mobile applications to support clinical workflows
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Provide ongoing maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting of application issues
• Establish ownership across EHR and IT teams for devices associated with hospital business and clinical functions
• Manage Business Continuity Configuration tool, ensuring build integrity and ongoing maintenance

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working closely with IT
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in understandable terms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in business process re‑engineering or process improvement
• Experience in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business
• Knowledge of HL7 standards
• Experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a proven track record in new concept development
