• Develop appealing and understandable data visualizations to enhance business insights
• Collaborate with business analytics team to gather requirements and translate needs into visualization solutions
• Conduct testing to ensure business analytics solutions meet user specifications
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to less-experienced team members
• Assist in the adoption of insights-driven decision-making processes across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or a related discipline
• 3-7 years of experience in developing business analytics solutions with a focus on visualization
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and reports, including DAX and M Code
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams

• Experience with data visualization/BI tools such as Qlik or Tableau
• Knowledge of specific business areas such as SAP, Data Bricks, or Salesforce
• Familiarity with data transformation and visualization workflows in Databricks
• Ability to simplify complex data for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
