What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling and deal management
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts and ensure strategic alignment with internal resources
  • Drive add-on and renewal business of SaaS solutions within Large Enterprise customers
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and technical support
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term value from Workday solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-level executives
  • 4+ years of experience negotiating deals with C-Suite executives
  • 4+ years of experience building relationships for add-on or incremental business
  • 4+ years of experience in developing long-term account strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months with large deal sizes
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs in the industry
  • Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies
