- Design, configure, and test Adaptive Planning – Workforce Planning solutions in Workday
- Analyze and enhance Strategic Workforce Planning solutions using Workday
- Act as a subject matter expert for planning processes including Headcount & Cost, Resource & Capacity, and Talent Planning
- Collaborate with HR COEs, Digital/IT, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation including user guides and training materials
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology projects
- 2+ years of hands‑on functional configuration experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for Strategic Workforce Planning
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship available
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
- Deep understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practices
- Proven ability to work independently across time zones
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile frameworks, and tools like JIRA
- Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures
