Position: HR Technology Product Specialist – Workday Adaptive Planning (Strategic Workforce Planning)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Design, configure, and test Adaptive Planning – Workforce Planning solutions in Workday
  • Analyze and enhance Strategic Workforce Planning solutions using Workday
  • Act as a subject matter expert for planning processes including Headcount & Cost, Resource & Capacity, and Talent Planning
  • Collaborate with HR COEs, Digital/IT, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation including user guides and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Technology projects
  • 2+ years of hands‑on functional configuration experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship available
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
  • Deep understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practices
  • Proven ability to work independently across time zones
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile frameworks, and tools like JIRA
  • Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures
