- Provide remote technical support for Synapse products, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Collaborate with team members on technical challenges and document the troubleshooting process
- Manage incoming customer calls and document interactions within cases
- Monitor and maintain the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) phone system wall boards
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements while meeting performance metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree, Trade School Certification, or equivalent industry experience
- One or more industry-specific certifications in technical backgrounds (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco preferred)
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM)
- Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse Administration
- Familiarity with medical informatics architecture and Linux architecture
- Knowledge of Synapse application front end and PostgreSQL
- Security Certifications (Security+ or higher)
