• Lead and execute EVMS and scheduling implementations across the enterprise
• Provide training and objective assessments to improve proposal and implementation support
• Support internal and external surveillance, audits, and reviews in coordination with leadership
• Develop and maintain automated EVMS processes and tools
• Align Agile software practices with traditional scheduling and EVMS best practices

• Bachelorss degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience; additional years of relevant EVMS experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• At least 5 years of experience leading EVMS implementations
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance
• Strong understanding of program management, financial disciplines, and contract management
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams

• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Scheduling Professional (SP) certification
• Earned Value Professional (EVP) certification
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, and Deltek Costpoint
• Experience with diverse customer environments and contracting scenarios
