- Design, develop, and deliver new hire training for CRM, Field Reporting, and Business Planning systems
- Update training materials to reflect system enhancements and ongoing training needs
- Coordinate with Field Training and Development teams on training content and agenda
- Identify user experience insights and training opportunities from field observations
- Collaborate with system owners to create training content supporting new capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
- Strong command of CRM, Field Reporting, and Business Planning systems
- Previous experience in a role supporting training and coaching for field teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and transforming environment
- Experience in a field leadership or coaching role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Experience with the Promotional, Regulatory, and Compliance Review Process
- Ability to create training content using PowerPoint or similar tools
