• Analyze property, liability, and regional perils to ensure compliance with insurance obligations
• Review insurance policy renewal information to verify compliance with loan documents and investor requirements
• Remediate non-compliant insurance issues through effective communication with agents and borrowers
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring proper communication and escalation as needed
• Monitor reports and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and proactive communication of portfolio status

• At least 1-3 years of experience in the commercial real estate mortgage industry or insurance compliance processing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet established deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in daily activities
• Flexibility to work under pressure with shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

• At least 2 years of experience in insurance selling, underwriting, claims, or CRE insurance within the commercial real estate mortgage industry
