• Review insurance policy renewal information from borrowers and agents to maintain compliance with loan documents
• Remediate non-compliant insurance issues through timely correspondence with agents and borrowers
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Monitor reports and deadlines to ensure timely completion of work and proactive communication with management

• At least 1-3 years of experience in the commercial real estate mortgage industry or in insurance compliance processing
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments while meeting critical deadlines
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously
• Strong discretion and confidentiality in daily activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• 2-3 years of experience in insurance selling, underwriting, or claims within the commercial real estate mortgage industry
