• Supervise a team within a shared service claims group and ensure compliance with best practices
• Handle a small inventory of commercial auto property damage claims across 50 states
• Develop, mentor, and train new team members, fostering their professional growth
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Assist with quality control efforts, including audits and compliance monitoring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of auto claims handling experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience in commercial auto property damage claims
• Strong knowledge of commercial auto claims processes and compliance guidelines
• Ability to inspire and coach a team while managing operational priorities
• Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Progress toward a professional designation, such as Associate in Claims (AIC)
