, is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team.

You will work closely with our Commercial Lines Manager and Account Executives to support a diverse book of commercial clients. This role includes handling submissions, proposals, servicing, and renewals in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Prepare the applications for the submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
• Daily ongoing relationship with Commercial Lines Account Manager and Commercial Lines Manager regarding specific deadlines and ongoing projects/tasks
• Work with the service staff to meet timeline (deadlines)
• Work with assigned Commercial Lines Account Manager and Account Executive on marketing procedures with discussed selected markets
• Follow up with Markets for quotations.
• Create the proposal under the direction of the Account Executive
• Check for any discrepancy’s in submissions, proposals or other presentations
• Make any proposal changes and quotations from client meeting with the Account Executive
• Work with Account Executive to provide final documentation on for a customer
• Obtain information and produce Certificate issuance for customers.
• Check policies with Submission/quotation/proposal
• Invoice and follow up on billing
• Check endorsements against Account Executive requests

• Active P&C license required
• 3–4 years of commercial lines experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with AMS
  360 and carrier rating software preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Beginning wages are dependent upon experience and existing insurance licensees will be considered.
