• Provide management and leadership to insurance analysts while maintaining a portfolio of loans
• Conduct insurance compliance reviews, including policy documentation and third-party report analysis
• Ensure all insurance files comply with loan requirements and lender standards
• Engage in proactive communication with clients to remediate non‑compliant insurance issues
• Monitor deadlines and assist junior team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance selling, underwriting, claims, or commercial real estate insurance
• 3-5 years of experience in the commercial real estate mortgage industry focused on insurance compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems or software
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet critical deadlines

• Bachelor's degree
