• Provide leadership and direction to insurance analysts and manage a portfolio of loans
• Conduct insurance compliance reviews for collateral within the Servicing portfolio
• Review policy documentation and ensure compliance with loan documents and lender requirements
• Communicate proactively with clients to remediate non-compliant insurance issues
• Assist in training and developing junior team members on core position requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance selling, underwriting, claims, or commercial real estate insurance
• 3-5 years of experience in the commercial real estate mortgage industry related to insurance compliance processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet critical deadlines

• Bachelor's degree
