What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Promptly respond to interpreting sessions and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner

Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol

Maintain a professional demeanor and speak clearly in both languages

Remain calm and handle emergency situations, such as 911 calls, with composure

Follow client instructions and demonstrate cultural sensitivity

What is Required (Qualifications):

Fluency in Kaba and English, including cultural dynamics

Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills

Education or work experience in language-related fields preferred

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Ability to adapt to new technology enhancements

Read and write in requested languages

Experience in teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation
