• Handle calls on demand and provide interpretation between Zapoteco and English speakers
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol
• Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation and enunciation
• Maintain professionalism and remain calm in emergency situations
• Follow client instructions and understand industry‑specific terminology

• Fluency in Zapoteco and English, including cultural dynamics
• Excellent listening, retention, and note‑taking skills
• Education or work experience in language‑related fields preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read and write in the requested languages
• Experience in teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation
• Adaptability to new technology enhancements
