What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Handle phone calls on demand and provide interpretation between Kapelle and English speakers
• Render accurate concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol
• Maintain professionalism and use appropriate terminology in various industries
• Remain calm and composed during emergency situations, such as 911 calls
• Follow client instructions and ensure client expectations are met

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Fluency in Kapelle and English, with cultural competency
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Education or work experience in language-related fields preferred
• Adaptability to new technology enhancements
• High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation
• Ability to read and write in requested languages
• Familiarity with LLS technology and software
