• Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, bankruptcies, garnishments, and other civil third‑party requests
• Communicate with opposing counsel and various government agencies regarding outstanding requests, with the assistance of attorneys and other litigation team members
• Assist with the preparation and filing of litigation and arbitration case pleadings, providing paralegal support for active cases
• Provide operational support to maintain, evaluate, and improve internal litigation processes
• Support various teams with additional projects or tasks as needed

• At least five years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience managing a high volume of civil subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, and garnishments daily
• Experience working on arbitration and litigation matters in state and federal court
• Ability to execute under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading skills

• Experience working in-house for a corporation
• Familiarity with non‑US jurisdictions
• Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry
