• Lead demand planning meetings and develop manufacturing and distribution plans for products
• Communicate manufacturing plans with internal and external teams to ensure product availability
• Monitor supplier performance and manage inventory levels to meet market demands
• Coordinate logistics activities, including shipping and documentation, with third-party vendors
• Support vendor/supplier relationships and proactively monitor supply chain risks

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain or related roles
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft 365 Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment

• APICS certification
• Experience with GMP and SAP S4 HANA
• Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food industries
