Position: Maintenance Manager/Scheduler (SAD-AF2)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with contract requirements
  • Review recurring maintenance reports for completeness, quality, accuracy, and contract compliance
  • Coordinate maintenance visit notifications and ensure documentation in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Document inspection dates and maintenance report submission and approval dates
  • Attend project update meetings and conduct initial site visits as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Two or more years of scheduling or maintenance management experience, or five to ten years of applicable education/military service
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater; technical degrees, including project management, are preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Project
  • Ability to read and interpret government contract language in Performance Work Statements (PWS)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Quick Base, eMaint, Maintain

    X, Timberland, Primavera, or similar software for managing information and schedules
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to invoicing and revenue
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage workload priorities
