What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coach a team of approximately 8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews to achieve quarterly targets
  • Hire and onboard new account executives while providing ongoing coaching for their success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects strategically
  • Develop training content for continuous professional development
  • Champion and embed the employer’s cultural principles within the team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of selling experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing a Public Sector team
  • Experience in full-cycle sales to the Public Sector (Local Government, K-12, Higher Education)
  • Proven track record of managing $200K+ ACV deals as an individual contributor or manager
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and products
