• Originating new partnerships with fintechs, banks, and payment service providers (PSPs)
• Managing the deal lifecycle from due diligence through post-close success
• Building and maintaining executive-level partnership relationships
• Advising partners on product and business strategies
• Collaborating with Coinbase’s leadership and cross-functional teams to support CaaS initiatives

• 10+ years of experience selling into fintechs, banks, and PSPs
• Strong complex problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to navigate change and turbulence
• Strategic vision for market development and ability to translate this into product recommendations
• Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)

• Direct experience in crypto
• Previous experience working at a fintech, bank, or PSP
