• Oversee financial management, including budget development and financial projections for the program
• Facilitate risk management and address program issues to ensure successful project execution

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management/program management, leading large and complex projects
• Minimum 6 years of experience with various project management methodologies, tools, and software
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate project teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong analytical abilities

• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in financial management to ensure program meets budget and return on investment requirements
• Demonstrated ability to be a decision-maker with balanced consideration of business issues
• Strategic skills to support envisioning work, program planning, and forecasting
• Willingness to travel as required (estimate 10%)
