What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the project lifecycle for state energy programs from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective project management methodologies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare presentations and manage documentation related to project deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of program/project management experience in energy program management or administrative oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with multiple project management systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in client engagement
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry
- Understanding of energy efficiency technologies and energy-saving solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
