• Serve as project manager for construction activities, overseeing all phases from initiation to closeout
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, risk, and budget
• Conduct technical reviews of design and engineering drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with stakeholders on project progress and perform inspections
• Maintain project data in relevant systems and report on project progress and issues

• Ability to pass a government background investigation; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or business/management
• Minimum of 5 years of large-scale construction management experience or 7+ years of construction experience in lieu of a degree
• Professional certification in a relevant field such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of construction processes, standards, and codes
• Familiarity with accounting principles and engineering/architectural processes
• Understanding of the DHS acquisition process and OSHA regulations
• Proficiency in databases and software such as TRIRIGA, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with environmental regulations, including NEPA and SWPPP
