• Lead the development of detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and key milestones
• Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams to define clear goals and evaluate progress

• Report project status and recommendations to leadership regularly
• Ensure compliance with US FDA regulations and company policies throughout project execution

• 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in heavily regulated industries (e.g., Medical Device, Pharmaceutical)
• Demonstrated experience in leading new product development projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set goals and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Broad, multi-disciplinary technical knowledge in the medical device industry
• Experience working in a cross-functional business environment
