• Supervise onsite installation to ensure projects align with design, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate installation timing and delivery to support project completion
• Collaborate with project teams on tasks such as machine placement and electrical connections
• Ensure productivity and efficient use of materials and equipment by onsite team members
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide technical assistance as needed

• Minimum of 5 years of field service or project management experience, preferably in installation projects
• Educational background: 2-year technical school or 4-year college engineering degree preferred
• Proven track record of successfully completed assignments and sound professional judgment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative
• Proficient in using a PC, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office suite

• Prior experience in field service project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work with broad, general objectives and limits
• Experience in leading installation projects
