Senior Manager, Field Marketing – Americas

Reports to: Sr Director, Field Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Field Marketing to lead regional marketing initiatives across the Americas. This role is responsible for planning and executing field events, driving lead generation, and ensuring measurable pipeline growth and ROI. You will partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing activities with revenue goals and deliver impactful regional growth.

You will work across the organization to develop an effective go‑to‑market strategy and execute integrated campaigns using marketing automation and demand generation tools to increase pipeline. As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Team Lead and cross‑functional teams to position Bentley as the preferred infrastructure engineering software company in the region. This position reports to Sr Director, Field Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a field marketing plan aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets.
  • Event Management: Own the planning and execution of regional events including conferences, seminars, workshops, and customer round tables.
  • Lead Generation & Nurture: Drive post‑event campaigns, ensure timely follow‑up, and convert leads into qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Pipeline & ROI Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on marketing‑sourced pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and event effectiveness.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Partner with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to maximize impact.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage regional marketing spend with a focus on efficiency and measurable returns.
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback on regional trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform global strategy.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of B2B field marketing experience
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful field events and lead generation campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in pipeline measurement and ROI reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with sales and cross‑functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Lead quality and conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs.
