Lead Data Manager for CRO

Job Description

We are currently hiring for both a Lead Data Manager and a Principal Data Manager within our growing Data Operations organization.

The Lead Data Manager role is ideal for experienced data management professionals who enjoy driving day-to-day study execution, partnering with sponsors, and ensuring high-quality delivery across clinical programs.

The Principal Data Manager role offers broader leadership responsibility, including oversight of complex programs, client-facing data management strategy, mentorship of team members, operational leadership, and ownership of key deliverables from study startup through database lock and regulatory submission support.

What makes these opportunities especially attractive is our culture. We are known for investing in our people, providing genuine career growth opportunities, and maintaining exceptionally low turnover. Team members tend to stay because they are given meaningful responsibility, exposure to clients, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to continue advancing their careers.

If you're looking for an environment where you can make an impact, build long-term sponsor relationships, and grow professionally while working alongside experienced clinical data management professionals, we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
