- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational impact on customer satisfaction and profitability
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees in a manufacturing environment
- Extensive experience in World Class Manufacturing/Lean implementation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
