• Independently manage the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple trade shows and field marketing events
• Oversee logistical planning, including venue sourcing, registration setup, and vendor coordination
• Serve as the primary project manager, establishing timelines and ensuring deliverables are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality event experiences
• Manage budgets and financial tracking for assigned events, identifying risks and opportunities

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on event management experience, particularly with trade shows and field marketing events
• Proven ability to independently manage events from planning to on-site execution
• Strong project management skills, including managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with event-level budget ownership and financial tracking
• Proficiency in tools such as Cvent, Salesforce, Captello, and Airtable

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with various teams
• Experience troubleshooting issues in real-time during live events
• Adaptability to work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
