• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent partners
• Lead outreach, negotiation, contracting, and deal management for influencer collaborations
• Track and report on KPI performance for all influencer initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify content performance
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related digital marketing roles
• Proven success in managing end‑to‑end influencer campaigns and partnerships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
• Comfort with data and reporting, with the ability to translate metrics into insights
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Experience managing external talent/freelancers
• Background in health, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing measurement and attribution
